As the application of type theory enters the twenty-first century applying type dynamics in a holistic way is at the heart of keeping the MBTIŽ instrument a viable tool. Learn the true value of your type code by discovering how it provides a model for understanding eight ways you relate/react to information and people. Bob McAlpine will facilitate our exploration of type dynamics based on a model developed by John Beebe, MD. The model recognizes the presence of each mental function in the psyche and suggests that each dynamic position has an archetypal overtone to its behavioral manifestation. Bob is an ISTJ, and he will use his own life experiences as examples of the archetypal overtones.

Bob's leadership and extraordinary classroom skills draw on over two decades' experience as a career military officer, the U.S. Army's Organizational Leadership and TQM Programs for Executives, experience as a DDI Certified Master Assessor, and graduate research on the MBTIŽ and Situational Leadership. He has designed and managed leadership assessment and development programs for hundreds of army officers and qualified hundreds of Type Resources clients to use the MBTIŽ.
