Associates To
integrate members of a team into a smoothly performing whole, team leaders need
to know not just the abilities of the team members but their different
personalities and work preferences. Participants in this workshop will have the
opportunity to do small-group case study analysis, and also to observe a small
group in action while being guided to look and listen for clues to the members'
personality types. Using the Myers
Briggs Type Indicatorš as a diagnostic tool, participants will learn how to: - recognize how different personality types present
themselves in a group setting; - use the MBTIš type table as a diagnostic tool; -
predict team behavior; -
provide leadership that integrates the unique strengths of the members. Presenter: Hile Rutledge is one of the
leading experts in the country on the use of personality type in team building.
He has worked with both corporate and government trainers and leaders, and is an
experienced organization development consultant,
trainer, and public speaker with an extensive background in management, adult
education, and leadership development. His
books will be available for purchase before and after the meeting including MBTI

and The Four Temperaments Workbook co-authored by Rutledge and Otto Kroeger, which provide
