Each person attending will receive a 18″ x 24″ laminated poster describing the Temperaments

Using the insights of Temperament theory, we will explore how the various personalities work against themselves in achieving their goals. Participants will learn:

  • The basic differences between the temperaments: Artisan, Guardian, Idealist, Rational

  • The difference between Type and Temperament.

  • The sabotaging behaviors of each temperament and possible ways to counteract them.
